Smart Clinical Decision Support Enablement Pack
The Smart Application Enablement Pack helps hospitals take one concrete decision support idea and embed it safely into real clinical workflows using SMART on FHIR and CDS Hooks.
We start with a decision support module you choose, such as a CVD risk screening alert, CKD deterioration risk notification, or medication safety check.
The pilot can integrate an existing validated risk score, your own clinical rules, or a pre-trained ML model, and deliver it as a workflow triggered decision support service inside the EHR.

- Integration of CDS Hooks into clinical workflows to surface guidance at the right moment
- Multilingual decision support content
- Secure integration with your FHIR server to retrieve patient context (FHIR versions and profiles can affect planning. See FHIR Foundation Pilot if the EHR system does not already support FHIR)
- Training workshops and deployment support

- Regulatory classification or MDR conformity assessments
- Training or re training of AI prediction or simulation models
