Continuous monitoring of scheduled Ignifyr mapping runs during business hours. We ensure your data flows are executing as planned and identify bottlenecks before they impact consumers.
Failure Triage & Reporting
In the event of an ingestion failure, our team performs immediate triage to identify the root cause (e.g., source data changes or connectivity issues) and provides actionable recommendations for resolution.
Continuous Mapping Calibration
Includes minor adjustments to existing Ignifyr mappings to account for small changes in source data structures or evolving local requirements.
Terminology Drift Tracking
We monitor the health of your terminology pipelines. As clinical teams add local codes or as standards update, we identify gaps and help facilitate the update process within your mapping configurations.
Monthly Operational Summary
A comprehensive report detailing pipeline performance, success rates, data quality trends, and a summary of all triaged events and adjustments.
Performance Tuning
Ongoing optimization of Repofyr (sharding, indexing, and search parameter tuning) to ensure low-latency performance as your data volume grows.

- The “Success Credit”: Organizations that sign a 2-year Operate agreement following a successful pilot receive a credit of 50% of their pilot investment toward the first year’s license.
