It introduces personalized recommendations, alerts, and next-best actions aligned with clinical guidelines, while keeping clinicians in control and preserving existing care coordination workflows.
This package is designed for organizations that have already operationalized integrated care pathways and are ready to introduce decision support in a controlled, standards-based way.

Included in the Upgrade Pack:
- Digitization of 1 clinical guideline (or guideline subset) into computable decision logic
- Personalized recommendations for care plan goals, activities, referrals, and monitoring
- Alerts and reminders linked to pathway steps (e.g. overdue actions, missing data)
- Risk scoring and rule-based logic using established clinical algorithms (where applicable)
- CDS Hooks integration to surface recommendations at the right workflow moments
- Explainability views with traceability to guideline sections
- Management interfaces for configuration of thresholds, rules, and local adaptations

Clinical Workflow Rollout (3–4 Months)
Achieve full integration with local care workflow, localization, get the platform ready for production, and implement full governance.
- Upon moving to production, we transition you to an Annual Subscription.
- This license covers both the software engines and the intellectual property (mappings/schemas) developed during the pilot.
- The “Success Credit”: Organizations that sign a 2-year Operate agreement following a successful pilot receive a credit of 50% of their pilot investment toward the first year’s license.
