Pontegra Software Technologies has been selected by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) as the technology partner for the development of an AI-powered digital health application focused on improving cardiovascular care and patient engagement. The collaboration follows a competitive request for proposal process conducted by ESC Fund.
The collaboration focuses on delivering an intelligent, patient-centered solution to support adherence to clinical guideline recommendations and improve long-term cardiovascular outcomes. The application will combine interactive patient engagement with structured data collection and guideline-based insights, enabling more informed and timely care.
Leveraging Pontegra’s expertise in artificial intelligence and clinical decision support systems, the solution will provide personalized guidance to patients while supporting healthcare professionals with actionable information and alerts when needed.
