FHIR Production Rollout

FHIR Production Rollout

Once the Foundation Pilot has validated the pattern, the Production Rollout phase focuses on industrializing the solution. We expand the data footprint, harden the infrastructure, and transition your temporary evaluation into a permanent, licensed production environment.

Timeline

3 – 5 Months (Customized to scope)

Best for

Organizations ready to go live with multiple data sources and move toward a full “Single Source of Truth.”

The Transition

Your Pilot configurations are migrated to a high-availability production environment.

Standard Annual Licensing for Ignifyr and Repofyr commences at this stage.

Package Content

Multi-Source Integration

Expansion to an additional 3–5 data sources (e.g., EHR, LIMS, Imaging metadata).

Production Hardening

Deployment in a High-Availability (HA) cluster with automated backups, disaster recovery, and failover protocols.

Advanced Governance

Implementation of fine-grained RBAC/ABAC security policies and enterprise-wide SMART on FHIR authorization.

Terminology Normalization

Setup of the technical pipelines to translate local codes into standard terminologies (SNOMED, LOINC), mediated by your institution’s clinical experts.

Full Conformance Reporting

Automated validation against all relevant national and international implementation guides (FHIR profiles).

The Engagament Path

We believe in a transparent path from “Testing” to “Transformation.”

Rollout (Current Step)

Scale to 2–5 additional sources, harden the platform for production, and implement full governance.

  • Upon moving to production, we transition you to an Annual Subscription.
  • This license covers both the software engines and the intellectual property (mappings/schemas) developed during the pilot.

Operate (Ongoing)

Receive SLA-backed support, monitoring dashboards, and quarterly roadmap updates to keep your platform at the cutting edge.

  • Your ongoing license fee is bundled with the Operate package, ensuring you always have the latest security patches, performance optimizations, and standard updates.
  • The “Success Credit”: Organizations that sign a 2-year Operate agreement following a successful pilot receive a credit of 50% of their pilot investment toward the first year’s license.
